General Stuff!

♡ - I have the right to cancel or refuse your commission at any time!♡ - I will still own the rights to the commissioned piece. I will be allowed to publicly feature the art whenever and wherever I see fit.♡ - Clients have permission to repost the artwork to their socials or have it printed for personal use only, unless commercial fee is paid, But I must be credited and the watermark must be visible.♡ - Selling of merchandise of any commissioned piece is strictly prohibited. (Unless commercial fee is paid, or permission has been discussed with me.)♡ - Do not use the commissioned art as an NFT or submit it to an AI database.♡ - My commissions are first come first serve and that is the order I will work on them in.♡ - Please be lenient with me as commission can take from a few days to a few months depending on my workload, personal life, and health.

Remember artists are human and have a life too!!! If I do not respond to your message within 48 hours, feel free to reply/comment on a post to get my attention !!

Payment / Refunds

♡ - I'm only taking USD/US currency! (Through PayPal or Ko-Fi)
---- For PayPal, payment will be made through PayPal invoice, client must make up for the processing and transaction fees!♡ - Atleast 50% of full payment required upfront! The commission will not be started until payment is received.♡ - Refunds are not allowed if I've already started rendering the piece / your commission!-- If the rendering has not started, you may refund 50% of the total cost.-- Refunds are NOT how much was given as the down payment, but the total cost of the commission itself.!! Refunds are only available if payment was made through Paypal. !!♡ - A full refund will be given if I choose to cancel!-- Customers will cover the PayPal fees unless I cancel the commission.
